The game is actually pretty fun to be $15. The reviewer is just trash at Beat em ups. It’s not that hard of a game either.
if u notice very carefully.. u will find that a trailer can be all "combat" so it's awesome.. however no story & other features are an important part of a game
This is a terrible review. The game is fantastic and especially worth 15 quid. Combat is varied and ace, especially for platinum games along with the story which although is basic still seems important and involved. The mechanic where items need to be purchased upon death is still used to this day with games that ign believed were awesome which is very hypocritical of them. My only gripe is the polar dog scenarios which just seem generic and crappy. Quit listening to this garbage and buy the goddamn game

IGN I strongly disagree with you as The Legend Of Korra: The Game has proven to be an amazing game. It has picture-perfect graphics, a story line really gets you into the game and overall its fun! I have this on computer and it really compliments the world of gaming. I would give The Legend of Korra: The Game a 10/10.
Totally unfair score… for $15, this game is at least an 8… there are far worse games out there that are full priced priced and this game gives you a fun, combat system that if you try to master it, becomes more enjoyable.

Story aside, its actually a pretty good game due to combat. You can toggle through bending in the middle of combos which is dope af if youre looking for that true Avatar feel. I played in the hardest difficulty, then buying items to further gamble the game. The items and mastery of each element depending on situation is what makes the game really fun. You have items that will double attack at the expense of HP or grant timing bonuses at the cost of hp, etc etc. Thats what really made the game fun, even Pro Bending at higher lvls got to be fun (and challenging)

Well,but I think this game only for big avatar fans like me.that's why this game became one of my favourite games i ever played.and I'm still playing this over and over again.
Is it weird I beat the game yesterday and bought it yesterday? I still give the game a 8/10. Starting you off without bending gives you time to get used to the combat, and lets you feel the struggle before the easy part.Collecting all the bending abilities can give you a challenging and satisfying experience. I still dearly like the game.
I like the game is only $15 so can't complain and it does have a story and the cut scenes were good I repeat a Beat 'em up game for $15 that's a great deal.

It took me about 4h to complete this game.
I dont feel i have enough fun with bending elemements, after srory mode i havent got them maxed.

I've mastered this game, and yes that includes on Extreme difficulty.
The timing is fine. It's your reaction time and hand/eye coordination that needs practice to be adjusted to the difficulty.
The game is SHORT, this is true.
The villain is bland. This is True.
But the combat is fantastic, especially once you master the elements and go back to earlier levels on other difficulties to see what you missed.
The Pro Bending needed more features.
However the game itself is a solid 6.5/10 anyday.
You just need to train up your mechanical skillset to fully appreciate it.
This is a Platinum game, but on a low budget.
For that budget, it is wonderful and challenging.
Being a hard game is NOT a fault of the game, it's the players skill level.
if anyone has an xbox one and has a gold membership its on sale for $5 this week and if you are an avatar/korra fan like I am you will enjoy this game

The game actually looks good from looking at this video. the only turn off is that he said it only last 5 hours of gameplay. If it was longer then i would have bought it.
There should be an Avatar game set like Xenoverse in which you could create a character, personalize your move list and choose your bending etc. It would be amazing
The game is not as bad as IGN is saying, it expands this Universe and lets you play as The Avatar, and a Badass Female Lead at that. how many games can you play as the Avatar, or just a bender in general. only a handful.
