21. Honestly, it's pretty smart what the devs did here. How do you make a fun and challenging game when the main character is so OP? You make every other character (except S rank heroes, it seems) super low-powered compared to the enemies and make it a "survive until the bald deus ex machina comes" game. Fits the tone of the show very nicely
