5. MY BOI LGR. To be honest while not old computer tech the VR Boy as an Obscure and Weird piece of failed tech does kind of fit with his M.O.

20. Another thing that crippled it was the fact that people were too lazy to adjust it properly before playing.

    I brought mine to gatherings in the past and made sure to tell everyone who played how to make adjustments properly and they all loved it. Also I had an AC adapter which helped I guess.

22. Nintendo should port some of the Virtual Boy's games to their eShop, like Mario Clash, Virtual Wario Land, and Teleroboxer.

33. I didn't care about the Virtual Boy (I'm sure I've heard all this before), but you got me with LGR.

35. Virtual reality nowadays is leaps and bounds ahead of what it was in the 90s. And given the success of the Oculus Quest, there's a good chance that VR will become mainstream within the next few years. ?

36. I begged for one when they came out, to bad even to was 16 I traded it for an 8th. Wish I would have kept it.

37. Man I'm hoping for VB's Wario Land game to get ported to Virtual Console soon enough

38. The sleeping boss thing really made me laugh. Over here it's seen as a "I'm not interested" thing, but in most Japanese media I've seen, it more a "I'm already sold, I don't need to see anymore" thing.

40. They forgot to mention the easteregg in the Nintendo Labo VR Software that lets you watch someone else play a Virtual Boy. It would have been better if they had let you play some Virtual Boy games, but still a cool easteregg none the less.

43. Nice to hear you here, LGR! I found one of these around six years ago at a local thrift for $2.92. Had everything including a copy of Galactic Pinball but missing the padded eye covers.
    It worked fine but after awhile the graphics went out. I read that it has to do with the ribbons that attach to the mirrors detach over time, and it's just waiting until I get the time to work on it. It's a fun system in short bursts. Any longer and I fear my eyes would bug out 🙂
