Oooo seems interesting :)….just a little bit more Polish needed and your done(hopefully there is like a serious difficulty to come with it too). That revive timer is long but I don't mind it since I see that as a you have a partner if they such well it's punishing to get someone back up otherwise quick revives will just make fights extremely difficult to wipe.
