Division 2: Tidal Basin Update Impressions – Is It Good?

5. For me removing the negative effects from mods has made most of them much weaker and the rest not worth using at all.

7. The game is impressive. Nothing broken at launch. Plenty of depth with mechanics, weapons, and gear. End game feels fresh and just as expansive as early game. Updates free and planned to come frequently. wasn't a huge fan of the first one, it was so so but this one is my favorite game of the year so far.

8. I want to preface this by saying I'm trying to stay away from news for Division so I can get excited as they release.

   I honestly thought they removed the set gear from Division 1 in favor for the branding. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw a green/set item drop.

11. I dont necessarily disagree with what you're saying, however I just wanted to say with true patriot you dont need to shoot a target for 12 seconds, it's actually more like 6 seconds, remember you're only applying the effect to the enemy

16. I encountered one of those reconnaissance drones prior to this patch. It was right after I had reach world tier 1 and I was waiting outside an invaded mission. The drone showed up alongside some other Black Tusk as a sort of “get moving” encounter.

    Depending when you start attacking someone in the red, white and blue cycle, it will take 4.2 to 8.1 seconds to apply all three debuffs. I’m not going to defend the new sets; they don’t look that exciting to me either. But I wanted to correct the math on applying those debuffs.
