Random place to put this but I just started rewatching the series and in episode 1 the Lannisters travel from Kings Landing to Winter fell in the span of 3 minutes.
Shows how people will be idiots and complain about any tiny thing nowadays to show that "old is gold". Humans need to get over that to see the truth.
The series God/Death does not need a cameo he controls the world.
