4. I’m gonna pass because the whole point of Chucky was that he was possessed by a serial killer and that killer wanted to find a new body before he was stuck being chucky. That’s the main point of Chucky. So by having him be a AI will just be a robot killing people…. like that’s never been made before. This movie is just a cash grab and they are using the title.

11. It's interesting that the doll has malfunctioning Ai. It makes the movie more modern. I like it. But the real reason I'm going to watch the movie is that Aubrey Plaza is the female lead.

17. Still excited for it, their giving their own take on the classic film and I'll give it a chance. Shame that they made the movie even though the creator of Chucky was against it

22. Imagine if Chucky’s programming causes him to want to be Andy’s only friend, and that his out of control A.I. is making him jealous of anyone else in Andy’s life. Oh and also gives him a taste for carnage leading to multiple other deaths. I just thought that would be a unique angle for them to take this version in.

24. When Andy says “Chucky?” In the trailer you can see that there’re tears on his face and he either sounds scared or confused.

26. So it's basically a child's play movie that crossed over with apple's "siri". No thanks! Kinda reminds me of the Simpsons Halloween special where the krusty clown doll is a killer. Original thinking there ….says no one.

27. He's just a robot gone bad? That's one hell of an assumption. I very much doubt he's just a robot gone bad, and not possessed. That would completely scrap everything Chucky is. It's more likely Charles Lee Ray intentionally possessed the robot doll, knowing how its tech would be beneficial to his little hobby.

42. the actor who used to play andy urges people to stay away from this movie at all cost… they found a loophole through the contract from original Chucky for universal studios.. according to my friend who met the original andy at a convention. they are making a tv show so i am waiting for that instead of watching this trash.
