8. I think bit coin developer fears EOS. He knows BTC is actual trash, but holds too much to risk his fortune. Common FUD

9. I come at this more from a vantage point of what can I build on it, then a valuation stand point; and what really works.

   Not to rain on your parade, but right now EOS is a programmers worst nightmare; this is due to the lack of RAM.

   If you have a wallet like SimplEOS buy EOS Rio, ( Which I have ), you are inundated with messages to rent your RAM.

   I avoid the whole tribal debate on which platform is best, I am more concerned about which ones actually work.

   Which is a pain stakingly slow process, but I know for certain that WAVES, Ethereum Classic and Ravencoin works intended.

   I omitted Ethereum, as it is not really being used as it was intended, and they are trying to make adjustments for that and have some very complicated obstacles to over come. For years many have tried to slove the "Traveling Salesman" problem.

It seems 4th in the list of Ethereum, EOS, Cardano, then Stellar if not Tron, NEO and all those guys.     Ripple & XRP r 2 completely different things.
    AFAIK, u can fire up a Ripple platform, but that does not imply/require that the XRP token is utilized in/for the deployment.
    XRP is un-mineable, I also believe (but not sure) it is centralized & can freeze wallets.
    So, XRP fans, be careful.

Altcoin Daily i am a developer and i can tell you eos isnt worth developing dapps on because it costs us devs money for people to use an eos dapp whereas with eth its free. i think eos is a sucker trap for people who dont have a background in development or economics, but hey, at least the top 10 wallets that own over 80% of the outstanding supply will make a killing, so good for them
