3. Wow, that's a very shitty thing to do! If only some of the points were similar it could be passed off as just a coincidence but this is straight up plagiarism. Maybe try flagging the video and also make an article on Reddit (I just don't know which sub would be more fitting for this kind of thing). Content stealing is just unacceptable, having experienced this first hand. This guy needs to be fired or something. This puts the already questionable Ign credibility into a tough spot, so maybe try contacting one of their PR guys as well. Honestly, I believe this does have grounds to stand up in a court of civil law. I'm a portuguese law student so my knowledge of american law isn't that big, but from the experience I have I really can see the opposing party offering a settlemnent deal at the very least. That being said, you probably don't want to take this to court but you could leverage it with their spokesperson by telling them you already have an attourney who's taking a look at the situation.
