21. personnaly i dont think tether is a scam. i used tether only one time and it was during the january crash. and i think that lot of hodler did the same to collect more btc during the crash. and becose of that we have see lot of tether printing. i think it is just FuD to let btc crash more… i was afraid about all this bad news around tether so i bought back btc… it's manipulation to let big player collect more btc !!! (sorry for my english ) …it's just my point of view.
    big players know the world wide future of btc. they missed the 1st rush. and now with the futures they push the price down and with all fud they try to kill another time btc. Blochchain is the future… and BTC the world wide cash of internet. btc is growing every days. big compagny are making deals with ethereum fundation… government are working with start up to bring the future of crypto… just think about second life and a virtual world with linden dollar (i don't know how much money was in second life, but i know it's more than billions)… now this is not virtual but in real with btc !!!!
