  1. It doesn't seem very useful to me, the only use I see is something like my Grandparents who have an old home from the 1800s what has a huge space, so having a moving security camera instead of many stationary ones might be more useful, other than that it just seems like a marketing stunt.

  2. Hi Steve how you doing? Would like to ask you if you know something new about the ring always home drone cam. Would like to get it, sounds nice! Will it be released in Europe?
Thanks and have a nice day

  3. I get it so many people are excited about this flying roomba. I am not that excited about it, it seems like a gimmick that is not that practical. Some of ring's other devices seem pretty awesome to me, like the mailbox sensor and the car alarm and car camera. Thanks for a great review.

  4. Much safer to build a local IP network NVR system with cameras and network communication 100% under YOUR control. Even with that, the only cameras I have connected that are inside my home POINT OUTSIDE!

  5. I can’t wait to have one. I don’t care if they see everything in my house, I am not going to kill anybody in my house. ?

  6. I hope it goes to the area triggered by the alarm, for example if the back door tripped the alarm I would hate for the drone to go look at a preset pattern that begins at the front door… it should go directly to a programmed location for each door/window/motion sensor

  7. I think $250 will buy you 10+ indoor security cameras. No one will put up a Canon or Nixon camera as a security camera… no idea where you got that $400+ figure from.

  8. This is literally the creepiest device I have come across… I started my smart home with Alexa a few years ago, but have removed all Amazon products from my home since then… This goes beyond the pale…
