As I have a SIM only deal with my network provider, I paid the equivalent of $754.38 for a new 128GB 16e. Why can't we pay the equivalent of $599 everywhere else in the world? Now that I would like an answer to as it's priced at £599 here in the UK

I've come to one conclusion after using the Apple iPhone 16e after roughly 4 days….the modem is not exactly as efficient as the Qualcomm one. I've been trying to figure out the slightly higher than normal drain during use and standby during the overnight. Now that reports have come out about the actual battery size, 4005 mah, I think Apple figured it could be an issue. With the size of the battery being so big and screen so small, I would have expected higher endurance numbers from this battery. I don't know if Karl can comment and see if he's experiencing the same, but I've tried with both locations on and off and this is the only conclusion that makes sense. Don't get me wrong, I'm still getting solid numbers but they are not much higher than i was getting on my old iPhone 14 which has a 3220 MAH battery.

The phones amazing coming from a 14 pro to this it literally got rid of the features i dont use and added the ones i wanted and with trade i got it for $350 for the 256gb model. So far my first day with it was amazing im loving it so far!
