I don't get why so many of these tech reviewers jumping the bandwagon of the galaxy watch ultra looking similar to the apple WU when the galaxy WU clearly and factually looks nothing like the apple WU in terms of appearance whatsoever. Whoever say that the Galaxy WU is similar to the apple WU is just plain ignorant and blind/ delusional. Apple WU has a rectangular shape whereas the Galaxy WU has a circular screen with square rounded corners. The Galaxy WU clearly took the design inspiration from their old galaxy gear sport watch that literally has the same exact design. Apple did not even start the orange color way on smart watches nor do they own the color. In fact companies like Pebble and Garmin were one of the first companies to implement the color orange on their smartwatch way before Apple came out with their first smartwatch. I can't stand people acting this ignorant just because they own an Apple watch or just using a well known company like Apple to compare it to the Galaxy WU

6. I'm a huge Samsung fan, this is one of the most embarrassing products they've released in years.

   You've taken a well established and recognized smart watch, and made it look like a cheap knock-off. There's inspiration, and then there's straight up copying. And the fact that this new ultra replaced the "classic" in their lineup, is pure insanity. My watch 6 classic looks so much nicer than either of the new offerings.

   Whoever greenlit this product and design should probably be fired, or at least demoted.

7. The ultimate copycat product is Android. It took them at least 2 years to copy the revolutionary PhoneOS (now known as iOS). Sad.

8. The watch six classic is still available for purchase with the rotating crown probably a reason why Samsung didn't put the rotating crown on the Ultra..

   I currently have a watch six classic and I don't think I'll miss the rotating crown as much as people say they will I've had every Galaxy watch I believe the five went away from having the rotating crown and it wasn't an issue if anything the rotating crown is used more as a fidget toy then me actually using it on the watch to navigate around..

   Now I'm sitting impatiently waiting to get a delivery email from FedEx tomorrow when they deliver my Galaxy watch Ultra

12. Based on Samsung release patterns, I think the rotating bezel is reserved for the Classic line, due to be released next year. The year's Ultra is like the successor to the Watch 5 Pro. Next year should bring back the Watch Classic with rotating bezel.

19. Companies copying each other is fine because it only helps us, the consumers, but Samsung is always so stupid about it. When Apple copies, they normally just quietly watch and then put out a refined version of the feature later on. When Samsung does it, they always make a big deal of making fun of Apple's products, only to shamelessly do the exact same thing later. Remember the headphone jack ads? That didn't age well. They do this shit so much it's like they don't plan ahead at all.

20. I just went with the regular Watch 7, and it's fantastic—much faster and smoother than my previous Watch 5 Pro.
    Honestly, Samsung should have done a bit more designing for their first Ultra Watch.

30. Neither of these two companies are the originators of the term Ultra. This belongs to LG back in 2012 for a type of tv screen they produced. The orange color was first use through the 1960-1970 as divers found it easier to view their watches. This included orange watch faces and orange watch bands.

Granted, he forgot to mention that the packaging is even the same, but I'm sure he’ll mention that when he also names and shames Samsung for their shameful Temu-looking Apple AirPods and AirPods Pro knockoffs.

    Oh, one more thing. If somebody ripped off your trainers that you put so much time, money, and resources into creating, only to have someone then say copying your products and selling cheap knockoffs is good for consumers. Would you be OK with that, or would you be furious too? 🤔🤭
