12. The Fimi mini 3 is a good drone for beginners who like a lot of features.

    I own Fimi mini 3, DJI mini 2, and DJI mini 3 pro. Besides the features the Fimi mini 3 pales in comparison to DJI when it comes to video/photo quality and performance. The fimi video/photos look over saturated with bad color profile. The microchip is weak and gives you poor transmission. Flight time and range are much shorter than DJI. Hover is very unstable and it flies poorly on windy days.

    If you are a professional photographer buy DJI. If you are a beginner then Fimi is good enough for you.

25. Problem with the Fimi Mini 3 is that the CPU is weak. It has trouble handling high quality video/pictures, GPS and transmission all at the same time. Thats why you notice signal strength degrading at 400m and transmission loss at 600m.

    Therefore doing anything at range is gonna be a problem. Just too laggy. You should wait for the V2 version of this drone when they replace the CPU.

31. Update on my Warranty claim with Fimi. I don't understand how a company that can make pretty good hardware could be so blatantly fraudulent when it comes to taking care of their customers. Today was the most ridiculous of the week and a half saga. . The hardware is decent it really is I'm not so sure about the longevity of it because I've had a drone for about a year actually about 9 months and I had a major failure. The Fimi warranty on their drones is one year and that's listed on their website. My drone fell out of the sky and when it fell it broke one of the legs. After providing Fimi With everything that they asked for over the last week and a half they come back today with the drone legs are only under warranty for 180 days. The motherboard and everything else is one year. Because the failure of my drone resulted in one of the legs being broken the whole thing is not under warranty. For anyone who's confused let me clarify . The broken leg is not what caused the drum to crash . The crash was caused by an internal error which would be under warranty if the leg had not broken when it fell 200 feet . I would suggest before you buy a Fimi look up comments on warranty and customer service. In a week and a half I have yet to find a not horrible story

32. Nice drone for the price for sure. You mentioned that no other drones have the capability within waypoints. DJI has more options in the newer drones.

34. Hi Steve a question why is it after you do a review on a drone or plank you don’t do any other reviews like a couple months later so we know if the product is holding up??
    I enjoy the unboxing and the flying but will it be around and still running 3 months later.

    Im just guessing, but I wonder if the manufacturer for Fimi is the same as Potensic.
