still waiting for 4 k movies in 2017;p
Anyone know the tv in 1:46 ?
Thinking of buying one but have some issues yet. What is the refresh rate? Anything below 60 won't cut it for gaming.
Furthermore you won't be gaining much until the source catches up with the native resolution. Another big snag is that currently most 4k sets are only 120Hrz.
Which brings into question how well they will reproduce fast moving scenes. I see this being more of an issue with gaming and sporting events.
Also the curved sets I think are a gimic. Not worth the premium you pay for them.
doesn't anyone find it ironic that this video is not in 4k 😛
Shot in 720p 😉
Mary Poppins. Pip, pip.
That's ironic that this video is only available in 720p.
Dad just brought this tv the other day! I can't stop watching it! The picture is soo sharp and clean and the resolution of this screen blows all HDTVs out of the water! Also got word that NFL network this year is supporting 4K! Cant wait to see this! This is about to be sweet! Also I can't wait to see what my PS4 looks on this tv! Might pass out haha
4k will be the 720p of next gen resolutions, screw this i'm waiting for 64k get with the times 4k is obsolete already.
I've seen 1080p and 4k side-by-side and was not impressed. Standing back at couch-distance, I couldn't tell the difference, and I have better than 20/20 vision. Unless you're a few feet away from your screen (which you wouldn't be) or you have a screen larger than 65 inches (which is not common and will never be), there's no benefit for the price difference. And 4k content is a long ways away, don't expect it to be the norm as even full HD isn't that common yet (talking broadcast, not discs). The only advantage I see to this would be passive 3D, but I personally hate 3D and I think this 3D thing is just a fad that will fade away. 3D is not new. Remember the blue and red 3D glasses from back in the day? That didn't last either. The biggest thing that will hit TV's and make them so much better will be (AM)OLED screens since they have infinite contrast.
Cannot imaging 8K TV… so fast TV techolongy
Japan already has 8K on the way..
PC games and the new PS4 & XBOX One will use 4K.
By the time 4K prices come down 8K will be out on sale..
So someone explain this to me,Their is no Content avaiable yet to buy,But it costs over 5 Grand & ive even heard one costing 30 plus Thousand. What if i put in my Blu Ray Movies,Will it convert from 1080p,To its 4k Resolution?Or just look in 108p?Or if i hook it up to my Ps4 Game System next month. Why buy this,If its not gonna make all the stuff i already own look any better?
this was useless.
It's 4 times better, do not forget about horizontal.
Your chart shows that it is 3x higher, but the math shows it is double 1080p (x2)
4k on a phone? literally what is the point.
he is whatching my soul
