6. You may have convinced me to get a runcam 5. I use the runcam 2 (4k) religiously. As for the thumb, I have the caddx Peanut which I feel is very good for what it is. Yess it's expensive

7. Do you think either of these cameras could handle the vibration/stabilisation needed if attached to a 1/10 off road buggy?

8. Have you been able to figure out a way to remove the crazy amount of jitter that the thumb seems to cause when you stabilize it? I've had mine for a week or two now, and I'm happy with the video quality (especially after post processing) but I can't solve the crazy jitter

10. The thumb takes 5v input. can you hook a battery up to it? Is 1s not not enough voltage 2s to much voltage?

11. Hey J..!! I use the run cam on aot of my RC planes including sailplanes at high altitude….ITS AMAZING with the ND filters.
    Goin to get the thumb now for my quad. Thanks for sharing!

14. Hi Justin I just purchased a RunCam Orange 5 and the TUMB. I just love them, I have no idea why no one has been using the Orange 5, I just love both of them. OK it's not a GoPro. But I'm very happy with them. I just haven't figured out gyroflow, I will though. Thanks again for the video and information about these two HD cameras.

    Are you planning to review the Hawkeye Firefly X Lite II? It IQ looks pretty good and it has Gyroflow support.

    I wanted to get a DJI Action 2, but too expensive, no SD card slot, and no replaceable batteries.
