26. Pretty sure there have been a few faster cars than Tesla Roadster for a while, but people never hear about them cause they don't focus on publicity as much. Don't expect Tesla to make all the next steps in the EV market. Just because they dominate doesn't mean they're really the best. Once all brands stop focusing on internal combustion engines, Elon's gonna get a taste of what real competition is like. His poor QC, plain interior designs and ugly truck aren't gonna keep people buying his cars. Not only that, but the highest demand in the next few years will be for hybrid cars – more range, cheaper and actually usable in countries that don't have their infrastructure ready for EVs.
