22. Unless women are given increased stats, it makes no sense to have them on the field with the men. If that weren't needed, they'd be on the field with them in real life. Not sure why this is seen as a positive addition or worthy of some recognition. It seems extremely unbalanced for a series that used to try to give reasonable relative stats based on players actual capabilities.
