You should review the Polestar 2 (maybe even the MY24). The performance and the specs are amazing and deserves to be put on the radar for people!
When selecting an EV, it is not always about what you think is the best. The first question often has to be, what is available, because many vehicles are not available in all areas.
I'm thinking of giving up my EV when the Charging allows all other cars. It's not enough as it is for Tesla, adding other cars makes finding a charger a fucking task.
The computer screens in this car are so very cheap-looking … it’s much more pleasing to see an instrument panel and infotainment screen integrated into the dashboard, instead of appearing as after-thought items glued to the dashboard … no thanks
NOT, I repeat, NOT a Mustang.
im a mustang guy, so while the machE is a bit weird to have share the name, as a big picture guy i get it. The mustang was created when a new car for a new generation was needed. The MachE does that same kinda thing. First EV, for the new modern driver. Now while ford didn't try to explain that in their marketing campaign to make other mustang guys understand that idk
So far this is the closest electric vehicle to a model y. It does so much well. The slow charging speed is the one thing that they need to fix.
Next version : Mach-E Shoot. As in "Hey Terry! Mach-E Shoot!"
nice with the Marlon Craft tho
Ccs is capable of way higher speeds than what you mentioned this car charges at. My ioniq 5 definitely does.
That says to me there is something beyond the plug preventing the higher charging speed for this car.
Everything goes back to Tesla doesn’t it?
This was probably one of the most slow walked videos I've seen by my guy. I wonder if he had a length to hit for this video.
You can test the electric Roll Royce 🤔
I would never buy a Ford and even less a EV Ford. I mean because of quality and software.
Glad to see you revisit this car. I have a 2021 GT trim and I really love it. Love the recent software updates like you point out. Have been living with this car for 2 years and haven't
A car having a stop/start button is not a bad thing…🤷🏾♂️
The charging speed limitation mentioned is due to the vehicle, not due to CCS. Different CCS vehicles can accept charging at different max speeds. You’ll see different speeds between the Rivian R1T, Hyundai Ioniq 5, Subaru Solterra, Mach-E, etc.
Charging speed is controlled by car’s BMS, not charge port. BMS limits charging speed due to Ford’s conservative programming.
Bro this is click bait. Get to the point of the title of the video. No need to make a mini car review.
Still ugly to me, can’t get past that
They was hard watching him try to compare it to a Tesla, promotion team is getting smarter
It's not full self driving but my Subaru Ascent with "advanced lane centering" does the same thing where it seems to like to hug closer to vehicles as they're going by then it would be willing to when just driving normally down the road. Subaru and Ford must have thought the same thing initially.
Cool video. I have pretty much given up on BlueCruise here in Los Angeles. It is just not really available for LA roads. I can engage it, and a few minutes later, it will disengage. Still love my Mach-e after 16,000 miles. Just figured out how to do the climate control after eight months.
It's a Mustang. You can change the look and feel of a Mustang, but can't take the crazy arse Mustang driver out of one. Every single Mach E driver drive like they're driving a ICE version.
As a truck driver, we appreciate all the space we can get, lol. Nothing worse than a car sitting on your line when you get blasted by a gust of wind.
My mach e that I bought in January 2023 already has the lane move over thing when you go by a semi truck and it had it from the day we bought it
It’s a solid crossover, those who harp it’s not a mustang really need to get up to the 21st century, a bit. Lol
Oo
That is the ugliest Mustang to ever exist.
