5. Apple VR. My guess is that what they announce will be a consumer model and available in the near future. It will be very basic though and not very impressive. You won't be taking calls on it. It won't have a microphone. That's what the iPhone is for. It will require an iPhone. I can't see them announcing a developer product… they're not Microsoft.

26. Re: paying for being hidden on a dating app. I actually do this on Bumble, and I do it as a safety thing. There are a few people that I don’t want to see me, so by paying a bit more, I can choose who sees my profile and who can’t.

28. How would you know whether or not there are bot farms on a social network? It's not that hard to come up with a script of things for bots to say. You don't even need AI, you can just create a list of things for them to say and some heuristics for how and when to say them.

34. I think the CAPTCHA story was embellished, actually. I brought up the paper and found no mention of giving ChatGPT a goal of making money around the incident. There was the CAPTCHA story, but it seems that it was manually tested by the researchers, it wasn't carried out autonomously.
