5. I gave the world "Test Pilots" a try after watching this and I had no idea it could be that much fun to fly around in a VRChat jet.

Glad you put the montage in there, really glorifies the aircraft worthy of glory, the pilot simulator community is insanely dedicated and some spend 5 or even 6 digits on making their perfect cockpits irl. If you're more interested in these kinds of games then I would recommend DCS and MSFS2020!

7. Vrchat has the most unintuitive driving controls in general; such that I have only rarely gotten them to function over the years weather it be for moving a plane, car, boat or flying saucer. The whole system needs to be scrapped.

11. So this is vrchat and not vtol? I only played dcs till now requiring first person flight so i cant tell apart which of it it is XD

12. Love to see PHIA try one of the dedicated flight sims and compare. DCS is free so it wouldn't cost her anything in that regard.

14. ive been flying for a bit over a year now and im finally happy that vrc aviation has been touched as a topic and its a really fun one too

15. The first time I stumbled onto these VR flight sim rooms, I tried a helicopter. I usually play VR Chat standing, so I almost fell on my face trying to fly the helicopter and for the first time it actually made me feel really disoriented in VR. I gained a whole new world of respect for helicopter pilots, it is NOT easy if you don't have steady hands.

16. Wow! I really need to check this out, how are you controlling the plane? Are you using just regular hand controllers or an actual HOTAS?

17. My only issue with PVP like games in VRChat is the latency between players and world interactions.

21. I do get motion sick in those flight worlds, but I still hop in for a couple minutes sometimes because it's so dang fun. Glad to see this coverage, it really does expand people's view of what vrchat can be.

29. You should try and go for a discovery flight and consider getting your private pilots license! If you enjoyed learning about flying in game, flying in real life is cool and fun as well!

Bro as someone who spends most of their time off in Vrc aviation whether it’s just flying around in different worlds/ doing dogfights with random people or my teammates/ or it’s participating in the formation team I’m apart of called the Frecce Tricolori seeing this side of vrc getting looked into more depth and put out to the people really made me proud to be apart of the community, so to anyone who sees this, comment below what is your fav flight world so the people of vrc who don’t know about aviation can check them out!!!

32. WW2 aviation is extreamly under rated in vrchat mostly becouse not a lot of world make it right but "the brothers" is genualy best dogfighting game with ww2 planes. Jets are greate but i just dont like the seeking missiles

33. 9:55 indeed i completely agree, the entente that pilots can develop flying so close while being so distant is something unique and enjoyable, which makes VRC Aviation something magical

39. Thats such a lovely community its super impressive how deep the whole flightsystem and mechanics go that they've build! It s super fun seeing phia go down the jet sim rabbithole and experience the intensity of it. I started diving into that rabbit hole about a year ago and am for the last months working on my own pcvr jet arena but its still a long way to go, seeing so many more and different people loving this kind of experience is really motivating in keep pushing my own project. Wish u all a wonderful day✨

40. Wish i didn't get VR sick. Played VTOL VR and it was super fun, but could only play little bits at a time.

41. I love the virtual flight sims in vr and since i am on mac i cant normally use dcs or anything else's has it needs a pc and macs cant use link. This game allows me to fly planes on my quest 2 which i enjoy so much

44. Idk why but every time I get a missile hit I have to say splash then the number I have gotten. Try this at your own risk. I believe the world they are using is “dessert airbase” I am only on quest so that might not be it.
