It's a GAME ! Groom quality and Folliage quality is something you REDUCE in order to get smooth fps. If you render it for cinematics you can bump up the quaility making it look real AF. this is most likely LOD1/2 best case. BTW – Everything look too straight because UE5 doesn't support tesselation anymore like UE4 did.
Gamers' fake leaks and visions are almost always wrong. The only thing we got right about GTAV was that it used the (improved) RAGE engine as GTAIV, which is not hard to guess. But the gameplay turned out to be completely different than what we imagined. Heck Rockstar's own GTAV trailer from 2011 was sorta wrong.
Unreal engine just always feels so static even if it does look good
If we are getting unreal engine level graphics (as it should be) I feel we might suffer in gameplay. Its almost impossible for companies these days to provide the best experience for both

Rockstar doesn’t use unreal engine for their games. They have their own engine called “Rage engine 9” that their using for GTA 6. If you think unreal engine looks cool just wait till gta 6 comes out and you see the rage engine.
