  1. I will say I had some cheapo earbuds from Walmart back in 06 or 07 that had the mics on the outside of the earbuds that allowed you to hear your surroundings but I hated them cuz they let too much sound through. They may of been Sony brand though.

  2. These are perfect for me for 2 reasons. 1) i have tmj and recurring masteoditis, so wearing buds and even headphones can be extremely painful. Keeping buds in got me a trip to the hospital once. 2) i am not an audiophile, i just want headphones that dont hurt with decent sound.

  3. bruh, there is NO reason for this not to be usb-c, don't give me that crap. "it has to be on a product like this" listen, apple's been peddling that knock off 50 type of connectors for years, they're bad enough. There is ZERO reason to have proprietary ANYTHING anymore. You can put that RIGHT in the trash with your paid sponsorship

  4. I have had four AfterShokz – latest is the Aeropex. Reason I've had four is I keep giving them away to friends. I wear them from about 6:00 am until about 10:00 pm – awesome battery life. Yeah – sound isn't perfect but they sound excellent to me. Comfortable as not wearing them at all. Good job!

  5. I connected my aftershockz to my iPhone 12 pro and I tested that on recording voice memos, it works perfectly, but when it comes to recording videos, it does not record the sound/voice unfortunately. Any help please?

  6. Where I live u are not allowed to drive with earphones or headphones 'in' ur ears. I wonder if this is ok since its not 'in' or on the ear 👂.

  7. Fantastic product! Been using the Aftershockz Titanium for three years now myself. Recently broke them when I throw a heavy bag on them. Managed to glue it together but expecting to get a replacement (they're nowadays called only Shokz btw) pair, one of the newer models.

The sound quality isn't quite as Hi-Fi as toy might expect, so there's that, but for me the main selling point on these is the noisy work environment where I'm having to use hearing protection. Now I could use some active noise cancellation ones (I actually had Sony's cups before there until they forced us to wear big helmets and the model wasn't viable since then) but the hearing protection on them isn't foolproof as our company won't cover the costs if you experience hearing loss after using not supported type of hearing protection. So for me these are a godsent as I can wear my regular molded plugs and then these on top. And the helmet doesn't get in the way.

  8. Noisy Half Deaf Brother. Will it work? My brother (45 is a bit deaf from various issues when he was a kid ) but we he has them all full load se we can hear what he's playing, he cant hear us and we are worried he's going to lose what hearing he has left. He can hear us just fine I reckon when he unplugs his other stuff or turns off the TV for a minute. He more often listens to hockey radio than anything else. 'WHAT!" is a very commonly used word in the house :).
