  1. There is a lot of hype building up around the S23 Ultra but this means little to me. I live in 'Exynos only Europe' and will only rejoice about having the Snapdragon version of the phone if the finished product lives up to ALL it's hype. Only then will I consider buying the phone. My twenty month old Exynos S21 Ultra is a brilliant phone and I don't know why Exynos chips get slagged off so much and where all the hate comes from?.

  2. Well Snapdragon pretty much beats bionic a lot as it's GPU score is much higher, better performing. It's also better performing in terms of energy efficiency and when it comes to CPU, they're pretty much on par

  3. You do know the Samsung exynos and Snapdragon version of the s22 ultra pretty much had the same image quality. In fact, video quality in low light was better on the exynos

  4. 200 instead of 100 MP? 🤪
Well, it's called marketing ignoring physics. 😂
As long the pixel distance is close to the wavelength of visible light they can put as many pixels as they please in, the photo quality will remain the same.
There are just 3 options to improve picture quality:
1st Tell the light to have just half of the wavelength (impossible, as light doesn't have ears).
2nd Double the size of the sensor and the lens, but you need to double the thickness of the phone either (difficult).
3rd Squeeze more out by software and AI (most likely).
Is there any sense in double the MPs? I don't think so! 😎

  5. Uhhhh with Exynos being slashed, those prices are going to skyrocket globally like Apple’s. Exynos Chips were used to offset the snapdragon costs in other countries so now that it’s just one chipset, those prices will be pretty high. Be careful what you wish for 😅

Oh and there are articles of Samsung working with Iridium to copy Apple’s satcom emergency contacting system as well.
