1. These are not Tablet PCs I do hope you realize that. 

2. Hate apple there ios brings no fun to it, Android on the other hand is packed with free games and no jailbreaking required.Also to include the price and varietyto choose from.

6. The Microsoft Surface had to be first place. Full Home Office, kickstand, touch cover and keyboard, using two apps at once, USB port, micro sdxc, micro HDMI, it is just amazing.

13. i actually like ipad mini… cause its very light when you hold it in your hand and its 8 inch screen quite big. BUT THEY SAY ITS BECAUSE LOW RAM LOUSY PROCESSOR now it seems legit lol .__.

14. thats not a tablet, microsoft has makeing Windows 8 Because people don't like it to use Always an other device:

    Ipad/ Tablet for e-mail etc.
    Laptop, pc, Notebook for Office etc.

    Surface (1000 dollar) two devices on one even as new Windows 8 Ultrabooks and Laptops with touchscreen

    Windows RT is only to death the concurention of the Amazon Kindle and Ipad mini

15. LOL NEXUS 10 SHOULD BE NUMBER 1 FOR PERFORMANCE AND POWER , AND N7 FOR PRICE POWER, AND PORTABILITY.

    No, my good sir let alone the Ipad 4, the nexus 7 with much better than the ipad mini. As for the nexus 10 had a better screen than the ipad 4. Obviously you like apple products more, giving them the upper hand here.

33. ipad mini is basically a smaller ipad 2, which is almost 2 years old now. but the ipad mini is in 1st place? maybe for apple fanboys who look no further past apple for all of their products. this is pretty biased ("best ipad ever. need we say more"); yes you do, to say on what grounds the ipad mini is better, even than the ipad 4.
