"the more hardcore sandpaper using aluminum oxide" Well done, you just discovered sapphire !
I forgot how ugly those right angle corners were lmao
Fantastic keep going
My series 2 scratched easily 😔
White background lol
Long talk, none usuable content, my AW 4 was heavely scratched after 2 weeks by getting in contact with walls and doors when I touched them whlile passing. Even cheap watches for less than 50 $ have saphire glas. No reason for Apple to charge a couple of hundred $. Will get the AW 6 now, but will have to surrender to scratches.
“It scratches at a level 6 with deeper grooves at a level 7”
Do you recommended a glass screen protector? Or is it unnecessary?
Did you try this on apple’s ‘sapphire’?
That’s…. Not… Steel wool
Geez. Lew def has changed. He didn’t have as much energy these days
I wish you would have done the test with a sapphire screen.

6 days until Pokemon!!!
Just y’all know.. I just bought the Apple Watch series 5 stainless steel Milanese and the Milanese band is of course stainless steel as well. It doesn’t scratch the screen of course because of the Safire crystal but it DEFINITELY SCRATCHES THE SIDES!!! DO NOT LET THAT BAND TOUCH YOUR WATCH!!!! I wouldn’t even recommend this band after that.. two days later and the sides of my $850 watch is freakin SCRATCHED!! I had to order another one except with the sport band this time because I’m so OCD about scratches… ugh 😠
Back when Uncle Lew had hair 😂
Thanks. I would like to see how hard you must hit the glass to break it. BTW there is some nasty noise background.
No shit? Coarse sandpaper will scratch glass? Learn something new everyday
A smart watch is not smart, it's STUPID
I don’t know why I hate this guy
FUCC OFF LOUIII BITCH ASS NIGGA
A regular wall, brick or concrete will easily scratch your watch when you walk by and just brush against it.
Apple Watch is expensive it's really easy to scratch if you don't take care of it or else your thousand dollar will waste a lot 😂
why the watch in thumbnail is the fake one?
J7
The hardness is only on the back of the watch NOT the watch face
Can you do a scratch test on the Apple Watch series 4 SS model? I have owned my black Stainless Steel with the Milanese loop for less than 24 hours and the back is already scratched.
Just ordered a frame from eBay and tested on white background. Such an amazing test.
What about the aluminum and stainless cases?
this is sort of abuse
Notch hairline?
When he used to use the intro "hey whats up guys"
I'm sorry, but just use a really good quality screen protector. Activity watch sellers should sell screen protectors with the product.
I just put one on my Pebble Time from 2015, and it's pretty as a picture again. Interestingly, you CAN see the original scratches when you peel off the old protector, but you can't see them with the protector on it. It's like some kind of strange magic.
And, oh, how would a real user get sandpaper across their smartwatch? Seriously? Somehow I doubt that. In a woodshop or building site, you'd likely have the watch covered and heavily protected when near sandpaper.
Great information video😎😍
Hope get one ahaah i know i am too late to get one
