7. I looked into buying a house recently. I'm in a very low cost of living area and there are almost no homes available under $250k.
   Even then, with today's rates, a 30 year fixed mortgage on a $250k house ends up costing about $1k a month. Still cheaper than a half-decent apartment.

11. It's okay to buy the dip but in crypto it's more important to buy into actually solid projects. Because if we look at the past, a lot of the coins from the 2017 bull run completely died and never recovered. Personally, during these times I prefer to diversify and hold mostly onto larger coins that are in the top 30

28. When the market spikes up, is it better to buy the spike or wait until it comes back, if it comes back? Or stick with DCA and not worry? I’m in it for 15-20 years until retirement. Thanks George!
