1. Until they fix his damage and his passive he will always be OP in competitive meta. He's basically always sitting on 5K in possible upgrades once he gets his levels. It would be one thing if he also had no damage but no, he can take on most top laners and hold his own in lane

2. Ornn- crazy team fighting, good damage, crazy cc, super safe- and creates what is effectively a 6000 gold lead for his team if the game goes long enough. How can would this not be broken at a high level where gold difference of 5k is seen as huge
