Remember when people were saying this would be the most competitive worlds ever since LPL and LEC both have a 4th seed? They were half right about it
. Also since a lot of the minor regions are stepping up, maybe they should remove the 4th seeds from the major regions and allow more seeds from minor regions to participate!
