Farcry 3 is ok, but I liked 4 much more. Pagan min was much more interesting than vaas. Vaas was a druggy that had a weird sister fetish. Pagan was conflicted about you, ajay, since you are the son of his most hated enemy yet the son of the woman he loved and brother to his murdered daughter. And if you obey him he does what he says he'll do.

Board games are awesome! Personally don’t like digital versions but hey, to each their own.
Unfortunately the Komani game contest rules state that you must live in Japan to participate. It makes sense, but narrows down the field a bit.
Ngl, I love the non game talk just as much as the video game stuff haha. The last half just felt like friends getting together and catching up, chatting about life. Gloomhaven interests me, I might have to look into getting it, but I agree with Justin, digital board games just aren't the same, I need that sit down at a table with pieces experience.
I can't wait for castlevania: the walking simulator!

Hopefully Metroid Dread does well so Nintendo brings more Metroid games (Prime trilogy etc…) to the Switch. It's a great game so far! Scoop!

I dont get it, i'm on ps5 with a 4k screen, and the HD pack installed. The graphics are just bad at times and blurry AF in the distance. Looks like i am the only one.

Very much in agreement with Daemon about Ted Lasso – waaaaay overboard on positivity. Season 1 was perfectly balanced in this aspect. Highly recommend Midnight Mass for new series on Netflix – great october spooky.

I don't know why that is the reaction most people get when someone simply has an unfavorable opinion about something you like a lot, but… Far Cry 3 story WAS ridiculous and unbelievable – what video game stories aren't? Vaas is one of the most beloved villains because of his insanity (much like Joker in Batman), so whether or not he is an idiot is irrelevant, he is deranged and therefore scary every time you come across him – the scenes where he goes from his normal speaking voice to over-the-top screaming grip me as if I'm the one tied in that chair.
I know it's just your opinion, but you are just wrong, Far Cry 3 IS the best Far Cry game.

10:02 – No way! I thought I was in the minority when I did this stuff, but Tina described what I do to a tee – I load up a game for the first time and the first thing I do is go into settings and specifically look for those options.
You know the settings where it says "adjust the brightness until the icon is barely visible"? I turn that option slightly higher because "barely visible" will mean that when I enter dark areas in the game I will not be able to see ANYTHING unless the brightness is turned up a bit.
