I dont know if you are still responding to the comments on this video but how does this drone perform in heavy winds?
Just got one crashes and slow response. Video keeps stopping first flight it got tangled in gfs hair.
My video isn't choppy like that. I fly with a controller. You must have a connection problem.

Turn your phone to airplane mode. Bluetooth should be off. It seems to suffer from interference from other WiFi enabled devices. I have shot tons of videos and with these things in mind. There is NO stuttering at all. Also you can get a signal amplifier and it helps to fix the lagging and stuttering issues.
