26. По моему опыту, прыщи выходят из-за не правильного питания и если есть проблемы с желудком. Сколько бы ты не ходил(а) в СПА салоны на очистку кожи, не устранив эти 2 пункта, прыщи будут выходить всё равно. Для того чтобы прыщи исчезли, нужно стараться очень сильно, потратить кучу времени на врачей чтобы обследоваться, составить список тех ингридиентов которые могут вызывать аллергию или еще чего. По идее самый простой способ это чистка желудка и правильное питание, а именно питаться только натуральными продуктами, или хотя бы уменьшить количество злокачественных продуктов из своих рационов
