  4. I backed this project in 2017 on Indegogo. They have yet to ship it, obviously. The last email we got was 7 months ago. July 16th to be exact. The email claimed they were working on the metal frame and would continue to update us bimonthly. So much for that..

  19. I backed this project. Esti is a bunch of deadbeats who refuse to engage in any honest communication with their backers. Any chance that you, will all of your follower power, can get in touch with them and get the real story, or see if they ever actually plan on shipping a product?

    It's one thing for a Kickstarter project to fail to deliver, but at some point they need to be honest about it, which they are not. They have yet to ship a single item. Every few months they give an update and release a new production schedule that says they'll ship the first ones in a few months. Then when the new iPhone is announced, they say they're REDESIGNING FOR THE NEW MODEL, despite the fact that they clearly haven't been able to produce the previous models that backers actually ordered and are waiting for. 

    Again, they say that instead of producing the ones for existing iPhone models, (which they TOTALLY have all designed and ready for production because they are definitely not just out of money and screwing around, just take their word for it), they are dropping everything to design for the yet-to-be released model, which they will put into production first, it'll ship in 4 months, for real this time, they swear.

    THEY SAY THEY'RE GOING TO PRODUCE THE NEWEST ONE FIRST! WHY?! They claim that they have to start over with the design because the new iPhone is being released. None of us in the backer comment section are falling for it. It's not like every time a new iPhone is released, everyone immediately upgrades and has last year's model destroyed in a shredder. People are still out here with their iPhone 6, there's no reason to delay production on the X because the XR was released. Mark the date, we'll finally get another update from them within the next month (last was in July) saying that production will be delayed because they need to redesign for the 11 and ship that first, because of reasons.

    Why would any company trap themselves in an endless cycle of wasting money on continually redesigning instead of selling a product for last-year's model, which is still in heavy use? They wouldn't. Esti is just full of shit, doesn't know how to manufacture what they set out to make, and refuses to admit it.

    Disappointing that they bit off more than they can chew, but that happens and is forgivable. Disgusting that they keep lying about it.

  20. I'd buy this of it was an Android case for an Android phone. Hate iPhone garbage but do have 2 cell phones. Work and personal. This would be awesome if I could combine them. Maybe I need to invent something like that and get rich lol. I think there would be a market for it so long as you could keep costs down a bit.

  30. One question I have about this case is once it is finished will you be able to download music thru the android side of the case and play the music through a speaker?
