The game doesnt deserve a 0.5 for sure, but reviewers like this one need to also understand that they are not reviewing WARCRAFT 3 but REFORGED! And Reforged is definitely not a 7…

Come on IGN. You gave it a 7 purely because Warcraft 3 is one of the greatest games of all time. You ought to be rating this as a "remake", in which it fails horrendously. WC3:R even walks back the great mod scene and ensures zero longevity for most players. It's a disappointment, a cash grab, a flop, and the greatest evidence of how far Blizzard has fallen from its lofty highs.
Original WC3 scored in the 90s. So it’s a 30 Dollar downgrade.
