2. Great video, Mike. GTA V VR looks amazing, as I imagined it would considering how fantastic the game world is. I'm definitely going to try this mod but I bet it will just leave me wishing there were motion controls. I hope the outcome of Luke putting this together is the Rockstar can see the clear potential for adding a proper VR mode. I'd definitely extra for that as DLC. If they do make it I'm sure they'll just charge us the full price again now Bethesda have set a precedent.

Awesome Mike, seen this a while ago and picked up the game in the sale but haven't got round to installing the mod yet as had too much other stuff to play but you just reminded me and I see it's now been updated so thought I'll check it out tonight, now I just need to decide do I play it standing or seated, even though I'll be using my xbox pad, still want to be able to fully look around

19. Does it cost anything to install the mod? Here is a snippet of an article I read online

    “There is one existing mod that lets you play the Rockstar classic with a headset, but you’ll need the Vorpx VR driver. It costs about $35. Launched over the weekend, though, a new mod takes another shot at letting you play the game without that software. It’s not the first, but it is one of the easier ones to install.”

24. Need full VR support. I don't see much of a point without being able to aim with my touch controllers.

29. this doesnt seem good enough without having VR controller support and body rigging, the rag doll physics are there, so i think it should be able to be done, i think it would involve re rigging the skeletons with VR capable ones, but i honestly have no idea what im talking about. this is a good step, but not worth playing as a real VR game. this mod will only come into its own once it has fully body rigging like VR chat with use in the already popular online private servers for roleplaying.

30. Too bad I can only play in Vorpx with a WMR which looks like shit compared to this but at least it's something.

32. If your riding on waves bounce in your seat. If your flying and turning lean in your seat. If you are walking bounce from heel to heel a little. Your body wants to move and sitting or standing still while moving in VR can make you woozy. Remember to blink ; )
