SAY29E is developed by the German Say Carbon Yachts that specializes in building high-quality carbon-fiber motorboats. The watercraft’s electric drive system comes from the Austrian Kreizel Electric. In 2019, only 25 units of the model will be built, by the Swiss shipyard Portier AG.

Quadrofoil uses special C-foil technology to be lifted above the water surface, seemingly flying through the air without touching the water with the hull. It has the operation cost of just 1 Euro per hour and a starting price of €35,000 or $40,000.
