1. It's sad that a poor and shallow review done by a beginner Tropico player have such a great impact on people's opinion about the game. This guy obviously does not understand the game mechanics and does not know how to interpret the data given to understand the economy of the island. Please do not listen to this guy and go find a better review on the game. Just because it's IGN does not mean they specialise in all games.
