I love the game, but not being able to level up my health and attack damage is kind of bothering me. I know it's not an "RPG" like the Souls games are, but still I feel like I'm hardly making any progress.

As pc gamer, first u need to do is wait for the 21:9 resolution patch to support that. Second, 60hz limit. third, fixing its lag with 2080rtx. Very poor port support
