Honestly i didn't even know it wasn't Hugo until i read it later on lol
I mean, Red Skull was pretty much all CGI even when Hugo Weaving played him. Voice over =/= acting.

That's actually kinda of damn impressive. To have practically a damn good 1 to 1 CGI recreation that looks better than the real thing in the First Avenger
